Personal Transformation Survey

Please take a few minutes to complete our annual survey. We would like input from everyone 17 years of age or older, even if you only attend occasionally.

Harmony’s goal is to see lives transformed – to see people become like Jesus, reflecting his character in their relationships and demonstrating his power in their lives. Transformation begins with an event and continues throughout our lives as an on-going series of steps and experiences.

It will be helpful for us to know how you are being most meaningfully challenged and encouraged in your progression of transformation.
